It would be great to have the option to select RMSSD instead of the default SDNN for HRV metrics in the settings. RMSSD is more suitable for assessing recovery readiness as it better captures short-term recovery fluctuations. Allowing users to choose or have both metrics available in all tabs would cater to individual preferences and needs.

I would love to see an integration with Intervals.icu , similar to the one with TrainingPeaks. Intervals.icu is more accessible for the average user, especially in its free version, and offers powerful features that require a subscription in TrainingPeaks. The platform has well-documented APIs, making technical implementation relatively straightforward. This integration would democratize access to advanced analytics for a broader user base.

I am a user from South Korea and find it challenging to fully understand the Training Today app without Korean language support. I am interested in subscribing, but the lack of Korean localization is a barrier. It would be beneficial if the app could support the Korean language, making it more accessible to users in Korea.

I find it unhelpful when the entire chart changes color to yellow just because a single data point is selected. For instance, my RTT was very high on Friday, but the yellow markers make it seem otherwise. It would be better to keep the original chart colors and use a colored circle to highlight the selected data point instead.
