Default to most recent score on Apple Watch

The Apple Watch app currently does not default to the most recent score, making it difficult to scroll to the rightmost part of the app. Implementing a feature that allows the app to automatically jump to the latest score would enhance user experience by reducing the need for manual scrolling.

This is more a synchronisation issue between Health data on Apple Watch and iPhone. Apple Watch has it's own 7 days of Apple Health data that we use, but it is not always in sync with iPhone's much larger data store. We are investigating options
